iclaim.xyz is operated by TerraClaim LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as iClaim (“iClaim”, “we”, “us”), 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. See the Imprint for company details.

The site explains iClaim’s bankruptcy infrastructure: claims portals, claim verification and secondary markets for claims against insolvent companies, funds, exchanges and protocols. It is information, not an offer to buy or sell any claim or security and not a solicitation of one.

Selling a claim, or engaging iClaim to run a claims process, is governed by separate written agreements. For Terra Luna claims, the terms on terra-claim.com apply. Those agreements take priority over these terms.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, investment or financial advice, or a recommendation to sell or hold a claim. iClaim is not a law firm, broker-dealer, investment adviser or tax adviser, and is not a court-appointed claims agent or administrator. Talk to your own advisers before you decide.

• Case figures come from public sources, which we cite with a date. They can change, and we do not guarantee that they are complete or current.
• Terra is a live iClaim case. FTX, Cetus and SwissBorg are simulated cases: iClaim modelled its claims process on their public data and was not involved in them. Names of companies and protocols are used only to describe the cases; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
• The sell-or-hold calculator and test are illustrations. Their results depend on your inputs and are not a prediction of any price or recovery.
• Past recoveries do not predict future outcomes.

You may use the site for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use it to send malicious code or to mislead others about who you are.

The text, design, logos and images on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote the text, including in AI-generated answers, with attribution to iClaim and a link to the page. You may not copy the site’s design or present our content as your own. iClaim and TerraClaim are our brands; other names and logos belong to their owners.

The site links to other sites, such as terra-claim.com, Cal.com, Trustpilot, LinkedIn and news sources. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
